Qualifications

• Certification of laboratory safety training within 90 days of hire.
• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to manage complex clinical research protocols with strict adherence.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with vital signs, ECG, and sample processing.
• Ability to perform IRB regulatory tasks.
• Strong written and oral communication with varied stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information and PHI.
• Willingness to travel overnight when required.
