Job summary

The University of California, Davis seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator for the Department of Urologic Surgery to manage daily clinical trials, data management, regulatory duties, and direct patient contact.

Responsibilities include coordinating trials industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated, ensuring compliance with NIH, FDA, IRB, and GCP guidelines; occasional travel and overtime may be required. This 100% on-site role supports cutting-edge urologic research.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with relevant experience and duties.
• Minimum one year of experience with study subjects (patients/participants).
• Experience starting and maintaining clinical trials per NIH/FDA/IRB guidelines.
• Regulatory process and data management experience.
• Experience obtaining informed consent from participants.
• Knowledge of federal/state regulations for human subjects research; good clinical practices.
• Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
• Strong organization, writing skills, and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• DATA MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION: manage data and coordinate trial activities.
• REGULATORY SUPPORT AND ADMINISTRATION: handle regulatory submissions and compliance.
• OTHER CLINICAL TRIAL COORDINATION AND ADMINISTRATION: perform additional tasks as needed.
