Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist for Cardiovascular in Scranton, PA. This field-based role drives scientific dialogue with health care providers, promotes portfolio indications, and builds credibility across the patient care continuum.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop territory plans, and use CE3 tools to inform calls while prioritizing safe, appropriate use of BMS medicines and delivering strong business results.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced scientific degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience communicating scientific/clinical data to physicians and HCPs.
• Proven ability to build credibility with customers and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Engages with HCPs, delivering scientific dialogue and in-office presentations with data aligned to label.
• Develops and executes comprehensive territory and account plans using available tools.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver superior Customer Experience (Cx) and meet business goals.
