Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
• Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately to help physicians best serve their patients.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Conducts scientific dialogue with HCPs, presenting data consistent with label and facilitating education sessions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver a superior Customer Experience (Cx) and ensure timely, compliant support for HCPs.
• Uses CE^3 and CRM tools to generate insights and inform call plans and territory strategies.
