Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
• Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately to help physicians best serve their patients.
• Experience building and maintaining credibility with key customers via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed targets.
• Articulates the clinical and scientific rationale for product use in appropriate patients.
• Maintains deep scientific expertise for assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Prepares and implements territory and account plans and uses CE^3 to inform call plans.
• Collaborates with field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
