Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Therapeutic Area Specialist in Lafayette, IN to promote cardiovascular products and build strong HCP relationships across the field. The role emphasizes scientific dialogue, cross-functional collaboration, and data-informed planning to meet territory goals.

Responsibilities include delivering compliant promotions, organizing speaker programs, and staying current with emerging data. Field-based US position with potential incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
• Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
• Demonstrated credibility with key customers and healthcare staff via a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience in cardiovascular field is preferred.
• Strong account management and proven sales performance track record.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive team mindset and can-do attitude.
• Strong selling and promotional skills with proven results.

• Collaborates with Medical on Call for real-time medical support and answers complex inquiries.
• Gathers and shares insights with stakeholders to enhance customer experience and comply with regulations.
