HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Hospital is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join our team. You will work alongside physicians to deliver advanced care during lifesaving cardiac procedures in a state‑of‑the‑art cath‑lab environment.

You will guide patients and families, maintain high safety standards, and ensure precise treatment steps with a strong, compassionate team by your side. This role balances demanding clinical duties with supportive patient care.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BCLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements.
• Prepare and support patients and families with care, education, and reassurance before, during, and after procedures.
• Operate and maintain advanced equipment to deliver safe and effective treatment.
• Monitor patient responses with vigilance and compassion to ensure the highest level of care.
• Safeguard a sterile, safe environment while serving as an advocate for every patient.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• High School Graduate / GED.
• (RN) Registered Nurse, (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer, (RRT/RCP‑State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner, or (RVT) Registered Vascular Technician, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist.
