In this role, you’ll stand alongside physicians and colleagues to deliver advanced care during lifesaving cardiac procedures. You’ll guide patients and their families through their journey and ensure precision in every step of treatment.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements.
- Prepare and support patients and families with care, education, and reassurance before, during, and after procedures.
- Operate and maintain advanced equipment to deliver safe and effective treatment.
- Monitor patient responses with vigilance and compassion to ensure the highest level of care.
- Safeguard a sterile, safe environment while serving as an advocate for every patient.
Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- High School Graduate / GED.
- (RN) Registered Nurse, (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer, (RRT/RCP‑State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner, or (RVT) Registered Vascular Technician, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist.
