Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Cardiovascular Technician (Certified) for a full-time day shift in Reno, NV within the Cardiology department. The role involves assisting in scrub procedures and monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities

Position: Cardiovascular Technician (Certified)

Location: Reno, NV

Department: Cardiology

Shifts Available: Full Time - Days

Pay: up to $2,424 –$3,512 gross per week

Assignment Length: 12 weeks

Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the physician (Cardiologist/Radiologist), will assist by scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data, as related to diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures performed in the cardiovascular lab. Ensures procedure room is adequately prepared for the procedure. Monitors par level of all instruments and supplies. Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities and the training of new staff. Assists in all aspects of invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Requires previous experience assisting with scrubbing procedures and monitoring data, preferably in a Cardiovascular Lab.

2. Cardiovascular technician training program with emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring preferred.

3. Current BCLS required upon hire and maintain current.

4. Current ACLS required upon hire and maintain current.

5. Proficient computer skills.

Pay Transparency

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $55.11 to $79.83. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
