Job summary

Amgen Inc. is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to deliver clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals and navigate a complex payer environment.

You will implement marketing strategy, promote products, and manage territory plans in collaboration with the District Manager. The role emphasizes building relationships, driving branded sales, and providing ongoing support to customers while upholding Amgen values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with 4 years of Sales experience
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field that is not sales related
• Associate degree with 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field that is not sales related
• High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field that is not sales related

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Perform as a sales leader to achieve territory sales through branded messages and programs.
• Develop relationships to service accounts, ensure product access, and address reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
