Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative – Cardiovascular to connect with medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and navigate payer environments. This role emphasizes building relationships, delivering branded messages, and executing education programs to drive appropriate utilization.

You will develop territory plans with the District Manager, participate in marketing feedback, and help maintain product access and contracts while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; multiple routes exist (4 years sales with Associate degree or 6 years with high school).
• Preference for life sciences or business administration background.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/medical industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Promote Amgen products and execute branded sales messages to drive utilization.
• Develop territory plans and manage accounts with the District Manager.
• Support marketing strategy and educational programs; coordinate with colleagues.
• Maintain product access, resolve reimbursement issues, and manage contracts.
• Communicate feedback on marketing and territory performance to improve strategy.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products and uphold company values.
