Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s degree with 4 years of Sales experience or High school diploma with 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior Specialty Representative requires 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field; or Associate degree with 6 years of sales/clinical experience; or high school diploma with 8 years of sales/clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals and explain clinical benefits to drive appropriate utilization.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct planned programs to meet territory targets.
• Develop relationships with accounts to manage and optimize product access and address reimbursement issues.
• Offer feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance; help craft territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Senior Specialty Representative.
• Maintain Amgen values and sustain patient-focused care across the sales cycle.
