Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of sales experience or healthcare/clinical exposure in a non-sales role is acceptable for Senior level.
• Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech sales processes and territory management.
• Ability to communicate clinical benefits to medical professionals and navigate payer environments.

Aufgaben

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct planned programs to achieve territory sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, including discussion customization and contract handling.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance; develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
• Maintain passion for Amgen products and uphold company values throughout the sales cycle.
• Support flexible work arrangements as part of the Total Rewards Plan.
