Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required for Specialty Representative; clinical or healthcare exposure preferred for Senior levels.
• Sales experience in pharma/biotech or medical devices is valued.
• Ability to communicate clinical benefits to medical professionals and navigate payer environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen products to clinicians.
• Lead branded sales programs and educational initiatives to meet territory targets.
• Develop customer relationships, ensure product access, and manage reimbursement discussions.
• Support territory planning and performance analysis with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive team success.
• Uphold Amgen values and maintain patient-centered focus throughout the sales cycle.
