Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, share clinical knowledge of Amgen products, and promote therapy options in the cardiovascular space. The role involves implementing marketing strategies and working under the District Manager to meet sales goals.

Territory includes Lafayette and surrounding markets with a strong emphasis on payer navigation, access, and building durable relationships with accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or healthcare field.
• 3+ years of sales experience for Senior role, or 4+ years for Specialty Representative.
• Experience with or understanding of the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Lead branded sales messages and programs to achieve territory targets.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts and navigate payer environments.
• Offer feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance.
