Job summary

Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis is seeking a Nurse Manager for Cardiovascular Services to oversee the Cath Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, and related cardiovascular clinics. You will lead nursing staff, drive quality and operational excellence, and collaborate with physicians and leadership to advance patient care.

The role requires 5+ years of clinical leadership experience, a nursing degree (Master’s preferred) and a strong commitment to PFCC and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing or related field required.
• If the Master’s degree is in a related field, the individual must have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Three to five (3 to 5) years of professional leadership experience (i.e., charge nurse, team leader, preceptor, committee chair, etc.).
• Five (5) years clinical experience required.
