Qualifications

Leadership experience in clinical settings.
Experience in planning, directing, and evaluating department operations.

Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, develops, implements, and controls operations of the Cath Lab to meet goals and objectives.
Directs quality monitoring and evaluation to ensure standards are met.
Promotes effective communication across staff, leaders, physicians, and patients.
Hires, develops, and retains competent staff; prepares budgets and resource plans.
