Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare seeks a senior leader to plan, implement, direct, and control Cardiovascular Services across the Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, and Neurointerventional Lab. You will develop policies, oversee budgets, and drive quality and staff development.

You will hire and retain a capable team, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of clinical excellence and compassionate patient care across the organization in Memphis and the Mid-South.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; other allied health degrees may be considered.
• Associates/Bachelor degrees in Radiology or Cardiovascular Technology preferred.
• Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and related cardiovascular services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, implement, and control operations of all invasive procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Direct quality monitoring to meet hospital, DNV, and regulatory standards.
• Lead staff/physicians collaboration to enhance patient care and ensure effective communication.
