Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; RN license required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred; Master's degree preferred.
• Licenses and certifications listed: RN, RVT/RDCS/RCS/RCCS/RVS as applicable; BLS/ACLS required; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department operations and staff for patient flow and safety.
• Ensure staffing aligns with department budget and on-call needs.
• Provide documentation, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and staff education.
• Teach new staff and students when assigned.
