Qualifications

• Experience in clinical settings with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as assigned and resolves customer service issues with clinical staff.
• Protect patient information and comply with regulations and accrediting bodies.
• Follow safety policies, PPE use, handwashing, and chemical handling.
• Manage daily operations, support patient flow, coach staff, and document performance.
• Ensure staffing levels and budgeting are aligned with department goals.
• Oversee inventory to support caseload within budget and guarantee patient safety.
• Lead process improvements and participate in employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct performance reviews and assist in teaching new staff and students.
