Job summary

TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center is seeking a Cardiovascular Services Manager to lead Cath Lab, Echo, and Non-Invasive Cardiology operations. You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive quality improvement, and develop staff in a dynamic hospital environment.

You will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and efficient cardiovascular services while modeling leadership and professional behavior. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or Nursing program.
• BSN or Master’s degree preferred.
• Current Tennessee RN license or ARRT certification.
• Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist certification preferred.
• ACLS and BLS required or to be acquired within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial oversight for Cath Lab, Echo, and Non-Invasive Cardiology departments.
• Oversee administrative, quality, regulatory, and operational functions within Cardiovascular Services.
• Engage with physicians and staff to ensure compliant, safe, and efficient services.
• Foster inter- and intra-departmental collaboration and exceptional customer relations.
