Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Cath Lab/EP Manager to oversee all Cath Lab operations, staffing, budgeting, and strategic initiatives. You will ensure efficient and compliant procedures while driving physician and patient satisfaction in a high-volume cardiovascular environment.

The role requires five or more years in interventional or Cath lab settings with prior management experience, plus strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive physician and patient satisfaction through quality service and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing activities for new services and technology adoption.
• Ensure CPT coding and reimbursement practices in collaboration with Revenue Management.
