Job summary

TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center is seeking a Cardiovascular Services Manager to lead the Cath Lab, Echo, and Non-Invasive Cardiology departments. You will drive regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and staff development while partnering with physicians to deliver safe, efficient cardiovascular care.

The role requires supervisory experience in a hospital setting, credentials in radiography or nursing, and advanced cardiovascular certification where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5 years of technical experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• BSN or master's degree preferred.
• Current ARRT radiography certification or TN RN license required.
• Advanced certification in cardiovascular field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial oversight for Cath Lab, Echo, and Non-Invasive Cardiology departments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and staff development.
• Drive quality improvement and customer service initiatives.
• Manage staffing schedules, payroll, productivity goals, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, efficient cardiovascular services.
