Job summary

University Health seeks an experienced nursing leader to direct Cardiology Services across three hospitals and 10 outpatient locations. You will partner with the medical dyad to guide clinical operations and support growth of the cardiovascular program.

You will oversee diverse areas from general to interventional cardiology, structural heart, EP, heart failure, congenital cardiology, women's heart care, and cardiovascular surgery, with indirect oversight of Cath Lab productivity and diagnostics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current RN license.
Minimum five years of healthcare management experience.
Knowledge of personnel, administrative, and financial practices.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Direct and supervise operations across cardiovascular services with the medical dyad.
Oversee clinical operations for General, Interventional, Structural Cardiology, Women's Heart, EP, Congenital, Heart Failure, and Cardiovascular Surgery.
Indirect oversight of Cath Lab, inpatient, and diagnostic productivity.
Lead operational planning across three hospitals and ten outpatient locations.
Oversee staffing, budgets, fiscal planning, telecommunications, equipment, and facilities.
Partner in physician recruitment and relationships with providers.
Support growth of new service lines.
Coordinate priorities with physicians, managers, and senior leaders.
Apply sound management practices to ensure efficient service delivery.
