WVUH West Virginia University Hospitals is seeking a senior leader to provide comprehensive oversight of the Invasive and Non-Invasive clinical departments within the Heart and Vascular Institute. The role ensures financial and clinical excellence, develops new service programs, and guides budgeting and policy adherence across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field is required.
• Current or eligible licensure such as RN/APRN/PA or ARRT is required depending on service area.
• Five years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Two or more years of clinical experience in surgical or procedural services is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Creates and maintains capital, operational, staffing, and materials budgets.
• Edits and reviews departmental policies and procedures per regulatory requirements.
• Participates in enterprise-wide selection of capital equipment and budgeting.
• Collaborates with WVU Medicine teams on contracting/purchasing and value analysis.
• Develops and monitors strategic plans for operation and financial performance.
• Oversees regional imaging and cath lab operations to maximize efficiency.
• Works with HVI leadership to drive standardization and best practices.
• Coordinates service delivery across locations and reports to program components.
