St. David’s Medical Center, part of St. David’s HealthCare, is seeking an Administrative Director of Cardiovascular Services to oversee Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiac Rehab, Echo/Vascular imaging, Interventional Radiology, Day Recovery and Neurovascular.

You will lead staff, manage budgeting and QA/QI initiatives, ensure payroll accuracy, and drive education and alignment with strategic goals across the service line.

Qualificações

• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Master’s Degree from an accredited University required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management preferred.
• 3+ years experience in a cardiovascular setting required.
• 3+ years experience in management required.
• RN/RCIS/RT(R) credential required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain 24-hour responsibility for Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiac Rehab, Echo/Vascular imaging, Interventional Radiology, Day Recovery, and Neurovascular.
• Meet productivity guidelines and ensure quality patient care.
• Review and approve employee payroll and ensure timely submission to Payroll.
• Ensure orientation and ongoing education/training for staff.
