This leadership role oversees Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiac Rehab, Echo/Vascular imaging, Interventional Radiology, Day Recovery, and Neurovascular services, ensuring excellence in patient care and operational performance. Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• 3+ years experience in a cardiovascular setting.
• 3+ years experience in management.
• RN/RCIS/RT(R) credential required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 24-hour responsibility for Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiac Rehab, Echo/Vascular imaging, Interventional Radiology, Day Recovery, and Neurovascular.
• Review payroll and ensure timely submission to Payroll.
• Ensure new employees receive unit orientation and ongoing education/training.
• Lead QA/QI activities, staff meetings, and performance reporting.
• Develop and manage department budgets and strategic projects to grow services.
