Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of project management experience in service, repair, maintenance, construction, or field service operations.
• Proven track record managing CAPAs, lifecycle projects, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Strong understanding of design controls, risk management, and regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO).
• Exceptional project coordination skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects focused on ongoing support and enhancement of Service & Repair.
• Oversee CAPA processes including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Manage lifecycle projects for component replacements, redesigns, and system upgrades.
• Ensure activities comply with FDA, ISO, and other standards; prepare regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Reg, Cyber, Supply chain, Service and MFG to optimize quality and cost.
