Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Heart Recovery in Danvers, MA, seeks a Project Manager, Service & Repair, to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and cybersecurity for safe, on-time service projects.

You will manage CAPAs, lifecycle improvements, and regulatory documentation, ensuring patient safety and strict FDA/ISO compliance while guiding teams to optimize cost and manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3-7 years of project management experience in service, repair, maintenance, construction, or field service operations.
• Proven track record managing CAPAs, lifecycle projects, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Strong understanding of design controls, risk management, and regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects supporting operations scaling and process improvements.
• Oversee CAPA processes from root cause analysis to verification.
• Manage lifecycle projects including component replacements and system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and regulatory standards; prepare audits.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Reg, Cyber, Supply Chain, Service, and MFG.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines; include risk assessments.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and regulatory reports.
