Job summary

Mercy Fort Smith is seeking an executive leader to oversee the Cardiovascular Service Line across inpatient, outpatient, procedural, and physician practice settings.

This leader will drive strategic growth, operational excellence, financial performance, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and patient experience across the cardiovascular continuum, including Cardiac Rehab, Cath Lab, Cardiac Clinics, Cardiothoracic Surgery, and Vascular Surgery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• In lieu of master's, clinical degree with leadership experience considered (RN, Cath Lab tech, radiology, etc.).
• 3–5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience leading cardiovascular service lines (rehab, cath lab, clinics, surgery).
• Experience partnering with physicians and executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Mercy Fort Smith's Cardiovascular Service Line across care settings.
• Partner with cardiovascular physicians, operational leaders, and executives to drive growth, quality, and patient experience.
