Job summary

Director, Cardiac & Vascular Service Line at BJC HealthCare provides strategic, operational, financial, and clinical leadership for the comprehensive cardiovascular service line at Christian Hospital. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Seven (7) or more years of progressive healthcare leadership experience within cardiovascular services or related specialties.
• Five (5) or more years of leadership experience with responsibility for managing leaders, clinical teams, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Cardiac & Vascular Service Line aligned with organizational priorities.
• Partner with cardiovascular physicians and leadership to identify growth opportunities and expand service offerings.
• Lead business development initiatives for interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, structural heart, vascular, and noninvasive services.
• Provide leadership for operations, ensure efficient patient flow, and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Direct the financial performance including budgeting, productivity, and revenue optimization.
• Foster physician relationships and collaboration to achieve service line goals.
• Drive initiatives to improve patient outcomes, safety, and patient experience.
• Lead, mentor, and develop leaders and teams within the service line.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
