Job summary
BJC HealthCare is seeking a Director for the Cardiac & Vascular Service Line at Christian Hospital to provide strategic, operational, financial, and clinical leadership across the cardiovascular programs. You will align physicians, leadership, and care teams to advance program growth, improve outcomes, and patient experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Seven (7) or more years of progressive healthcare leadership experience within cardiovascular services or related areas.
- Five (5) or more years of leadership experience managing leaders, clinical teams, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Cardiac & Vascular Service Line.
- Partner with physicians and leadership to identify growth opportunities and market position.
- Lead business development for interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, structural heart, and vascular services.
- Drive performance improvement, safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.
