Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis seeks a Sr. Director, Cardiovascular Services to lead strategic planning and operations for the Cardiovascular Service line within the Physician Enterprise.

The role focuses on growth in volume, breadth and depth of services while ensuring patient safety and adherence to national quality standards. You will drive financial management, HR, and revenue cycle for the service line, partner with physicians and staff, and support academic activities including

Qualifications

• Required – Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
• Preferred – Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration.
• Preferred – Master's Degree in Business Administration.
• Preferred – Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration.
• Required – 5–7 years of management experience.
• Preferred – RN licensure in TN/MS/AR.

Responsibilities

• Provides strong leadership and direction for the Cardiovascular service line to meet or exceed national quality standards.
• Collaborates with system leadership on system-wide cardiovascular initiatives.
• Partners with physicians, nursing, other clinicians, and families to create a clear vision and develop a strategic plan.
• Leads integration of all aspects of cardiovascular services into a single comprehensive service line.
• Supports academic and CME activities; develops clinical experts and participates in education.
• Prepares and administers annual budgets, capital requests, and HR plans for the service line.
