Job summary

The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety, quality, and high reliability in daily operations. BSN preferred within 5 years of employment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required within 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and/or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions based on diagnoses to meet patient needs (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates response to interventions and revises the plan as needed in a multidisciplinary team.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Operations - Supports daily unit operations.
• As an HRO, focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency in duties.
