Job summary

OhioHealth in Columbus is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across the health-illness continuum. You will join a cardiovascular unit and collaborate with the care team to support patient outcomes and safety.

Qualifications

RN licensure in Ohio.
BLS certification (American Heart Association).
Active nursing license per Ohio Board of Nursing.
State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Assessment/Diagnosis - initial and ongoing health status assessments.
Outcomes Identification/Planning - document planned interventions to meet patient needs.
Implementation/Evaluation - evaluate response to interventions and revise care plan as needed.
Leadership - participate in process improvements for clinical quality and safety.
Operations - support day-to-day unit operations.
As a High Reliability Organization, focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
