Job summary

Berger Health System in Ohio is seeking a Night shift Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Unit 1. The role requires current RN licensure (Ohio or compact) and BLS certification. A BSN is required after 5 years of employment, with support for growth and quality care in a high-reliability environment.

As part of a 24/7 unit, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, lead process improvements, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification
• BSN required at 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Document planned interventions based on diagnoses and patient needs.
• Lead and participate in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Support department operations and staffing in a 24/7 Cardiovascular Unit.
