Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least three (3) years of pharmaceutical sales experience including cardiovascular/diabetes/nephrology promotion.
• Hospital and/or Account Management experience preferred.
• History of successful performance.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and database applications.
• Ability to travel (overnight travel).
• Should reside in territory geography or be willing to relocate.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to drive a company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
• Executive Cardiovascular-Renal Sales Consultant I: five (5) years of pharma sales with two-plus (2+) years cardio/diabetes/nephrology.

Aufgaben

• Executes brand strategies to ensure sales and marketing messages are delivered to customers.
• Leverages knowledge of cardiology, nephrology, diabetes to manage opportunities and challenges.
• Demonstrates knowledge of disease state, key drivers, influencers, and prescribing patterns in territory.
• Establishes and maintains communication with co-promotion partners and BIPI employees.
• Works with account teams and medical teams to meet customer needs and net sales objectives.
• Delivers clinical and technical value within BI regulatory guidelines.
• Drives pull-through with local payers, hospitals, and providers.
• Engages healthcare providers through live and digital channels and integrates digital assets.
• Supports continuation-of-care models, discharge protocols, and care pathways.
