Boehringer Ingelheim in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Cardiovascular-Renal Sales Consultant to drive brand growth for BI cardio-renal-metabolic products with healthcare providers, including hospitals and managed care networks.

You will implement territory plans, translate clinical data into compelling sales messages, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales objectives while ensuring compliance with BI guidelines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with cardiovascular and/or diabetes and/or nephrology exposure.
• Hospital and/or Account Management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and database applications.
• Ability to travel (may include overnight travel).
• Should reside in territory geography or be willing to relocate.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to drive a company leased or authorized rental vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Executes brand strategies to ensure that company sales and marketing messages are delivered appropriately to customers.
• Leverages knowledge of cardiology, nephrology, diabetes, and the marketplace to anticipate and effectively manage business opportunities and challenges.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the disease state, key drivers, influencers, and prescribing patterns in territory.
• Establishes and maintains effective communication/cooperation/coordination with co-promotion partners and BIPI employees.
• Works effectively with all customer-facing roles to meet customer needs and deliver net sales objectives.
• Demonstrates knowledge of BIPI cardio-renal-metabolic (CRM) products and translates product knowledge into the sales presentation while being customer-focused.
• Delivers high level of clinical and technical value to customers within regulatory guidelines.
• As a trusted CR Consultant, encourages and receives requests for technical information outside of standard visits.
• Develops trust and value with customers and drives appropriate utilization of approved products.
• Uses BI Sales Training techniques to facilitate the customer decision-making process.
• Works with other commercial associates to generate pull-through within local payers, hospitals, and community providers.
• Fosters cardio-renal network development and communication.
• Coordinates engagement of providers through various channels, including digital platforms.
