Job summary

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural and spiritual factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans; review and adjust as needed.
Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and protocols.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care.
Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and documentation.
