This full-time role offers day shift coverage from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with every other weekend and holiday requirements, and a supportive environment focused on the Whole Person well-being philosophy.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physical, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly evaluate and revise them.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure teamwork.
• Document all care activities and outcomes in the medical record.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide emotional support and supervise care provided by the team.
