Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida.
- CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities
- Perform venous access procedures within RN scope, ensuring safety.
- Administer and monitor infusion therapy; adjust care plans as needed.
- Assess patient conditions to determine appropriate venous access methods.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access patients.
- Educate patients on venous access and infusion therapy to improve adherence.
- Lead unit staff performance improvements and mentor new colleagues.
