Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in NC is required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Participates in identifying and meeting learning needs; attend education programs.
• Evaluates patient care and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Delivers care with nursing processes; coordinates care planning and discharge needs.
• Leads and promotes teamwork, cost-conscious care, and safety within the unit.
• Assesses patient data to prioritize care; plans and communicates with the team.
• Participates in planning with the patient/family and utilizes resources.
• Keeps abreast of research applicable to practice.
