Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director, Medical Evidence Generation to lead strategy and execution of evidence generation for the Cardiovascular portfolio, partnering across Medical Strategy, RWE, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, HEOR, and external investigators. This role demands scientific leadership and strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Based in Lawrenceville (PPK) or Madison (GIR), NJ, the position requires 20–30% travel and oversight of CRCs, ISRs, and MASTs

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree with extensive clinical development experience.
• Experience in CVRM or related therapeutic areas is preferred.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive integrated evidence generation strategy aligned with medical strategy.
• Lead study design across clinical trials and real-world evidence projects.
• Governance of CRCs, ISRs, and MASTs from concept to execution.
• Engage with KOLs and external investigators to co-develop impactful evidence.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality study execution per GCP/ICH guidelines.
