Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director, MEG Lead Cardiovascular, Medical Evidence Generation based in New Jersey. The role will lead strategy, development, and execution of robust evidence plans across CV products, collaborating with Medical Strategy, RWE, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, HEOR, Access & Value, and external researchers.

Based in Lawrenceville (PPK) or Madison (GIR), NJ, the position requires advanced scientific credentials and a minimum of five years in clinical development

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required with extensive scientific/clinical development experience.
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical clinical development/Medical Affairs or relevant Commercial experience.
• Experience in CVRM (Cardiorenal metabolic) TA is required.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence in matrixed environments.
• Strategic thinker with execution discipline.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to Alliance partners and Medical Affairs teams on evidence gaps and study strategy.
• Define and drive integrated evidence generation strategy (IEP) across trials, RWE, registries, and health outcomes studies.
• Provide hands-on scientific leadership in study design (Phase II/IV, PCI, ISR) as applicable.
• Lead protocol development and study design objectives, endpoints, eligibility criteria, and statistical considerations.
• Oversee delivery of CRCs, ISRs, and MASTs from concept to governance and lifecycle.

Education

Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, MS or the equivalent)
