Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a full-time Cardiovascular Interventional professional for the Cardiac Cath Lab in Winston-Salem, NC. The role involves preparation and operation of invasive cardiology procedures, medication preparation, and rigorous adherence to radiographic safety and universal protocols.

Requirements include ARRT or RN licensure, ACLS within 90 days, and two years of cardiovascular experience or a specialized Interventional program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Allied Health Technology (Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Therapy, etc.).
• Graduate of Cardiovascular Interventional Program or minimum of two years of Cardiovascular Specialist experience.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to hospital policies and departmental procedures to ensure quality care.
• Maintains readiness of emergency equipment and supplies and responds to emergencies.
• Operates radiographic and fluoroscopic cardiac catheterization equipment.
• Maintains patient safety and privacy while delivering care during procedures.
• Provides instruction and education to co-workers and participates in continuing education.
