St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking a Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist I to operate radiographic and related equipment, assist in catheterization procedures, and maintain image quality and patient safety.

The role emphasizes compassionate care and teamwork within a high‑acuity cardiovascular lab. The position requires ARRT registration, Kentucky licensure, and CPR/ACLS certifications with ACLS obtained during orientation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved accredited program of Radiologic Technology.
• Current CPR certification.
• ACLS certification (must be obtained within orientation period and prior to working independently).
• ARRT(R) registered.
• State Licensure: Kentucky—KBMIRT Radiation Operator’s License.
• Indiana—ISDH License to be obtained if working in Indiana.

Responsabilités

• Operates and maintains radiographic, digital, processing and viewing equipment for high‑quality images and quantitative analysis of coronary/peripheral anatomy.
• Acts as first assistant during diagnostic and therapeutic catheterization procedures to assure completeness of case.
• Maintains knowledge in use of diagnostic/therapeutic equipment for accuracy and safety.
• Reviews pre‑procedural patient assessment to obtain information and ensure imaging and patient safety.
• Assist in education of new employees, mentors students and healthcare professionals in the cath lab.
• Assist in development of performance improvement activities in the cath lab and implement changes to ensure best practice.
