Job summary

Montefiore is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage the daily functions of the Non-Invasive Cardiology and Vascular labs at the Wakefield Division and coordinate services across off-site imaging locations. The role involves supervising staff, overseeing revenue cycle activities, and ensuring regulatory compliance and accreditation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred; Associate Degree is required.
• Completion of CAAHEP certified cardiovascular sonography program required with RDCS/RCS, RVT or RVS.
• 4 years of unit-related experience including ultrasound systems, stress testing, EKG, Epic, TEE disinfection, ISCV.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Non-Invasive Cardiology and Vascular labs.
• Provide administrative support to all divisions and supervise staff.
• Coordinate revenue cycle, front desk, and charge entries for compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain lab accreditation.
• Manage off-site staffing, inpatient and outpatient operations, and equipment purchases.
