Montefiore Medical Center seeks an Assistant Chief Technologist to supervise daily imaging operations, coordinate staff, and ensure safe, high-quality care. You will lead training, quality improvements, and regulatory compliance across Moses Division imaging services.

The role requires ARRT CT/MRI certification, NYS licensure, and experience in imaging operations or supervision, with strong knowledge of PACS, Epic and imaging workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• NYS Licensed Radiologic Technologist required.
• ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist with CT or MRI certification required.
• Prior supervisory experience in imaging operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of imaging protocols, radiation safety and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with PACS, Epic and imaging systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily imaging operations, coordinating staff and resources.
• Ensure staff competency and adherence to imaging protocols and quality standards.
• Assign schedules and ensure 24/7 staffing coverage.
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety and regulatory requirements.
• Promote patient and staff safety and ongoing quality improvement.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and report findings.
• Train and support staff in PACS, Epic and related systems.
• Monitor workflows to improve efficiency and service delivery.
