Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of ICU/Critical Care experience within the past five (5) years.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: Performs accurate multi-system assessments and discharge planning.
• Planning: Develops an individual nursing plan of care and coordinates with departments.
• Implementation: Initiates measures per protocol and documents in EMR.
• Evaluation: Evaluates plan of care and participates in unit quality assurance.
