Prisma Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular ICU at Richland Hospital in South Carolina. This role provides clinical direction for patient care in an acute inpatient setting, emphasizing evidence-based practice and patient/family-centered care.

Responsibilities include developing and updating care plans with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring safety, and engaging in quality improvement and regulatory compliance. Weekend, holiday, and on-call work may be required.

Qualificações

• Education - Associate degree in Nursing. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience - One year experience as a registered nurse.
• Licensure - Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to assigned patients per nursing plan.
• Collect data and complete nursing assessments using age-specific standards.
• Develop and update the patient care plan with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate changes in patient status and plan to team members.
• Monitor quality of care and ensure patient safety and compliance.
