Prisma Health in Richland, SC seeks an RN to provide direct patient care, education and support in a physician specialty practice, coordinating high-quality care across the continuum. The role functions as a clinical resource to patients, families and other providers.

This position may assist with invasive procedures, maintain EMR documentation, and participate in care management initiatives. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with no weekends, holidays, or on-call.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of clinical nursing experience; one year in the department specialty.
• Current RN license recognized by state nursing board or compact license.

• Provide direct patient care, education and support within a physician specialty practice.
• Coordinate care across the continuum and act as a resource for patients, families and providers.
• Assist physicians with procedures performed in the practice setting as needed.
